Do I have to make an appointment?

An appointment is best, but not required.  Those that make an appointment have a guaranteed time for thieir tattoo or piercing.   Walk in’s are welcome, but those times are first come first serve.  Appointments always take priority.

How do I make an appointment?

You need to come to the shop and place a $50 deposit.  At that time we will be able to discuss your design with you and also determine how much time will be needed to do your tattoo.

What if I live outside the Salt Lake City Area?

Give us a call at 801-268-6789 and we’ll help you with your appointment options.

Can I bring my own design?

Yes, we have plenty of flash work, but prefer doing custom work.

Do you Tattoo minors?

We will tattoo minors if they are at least 15 years old.  Tattooing a minor requires that you (the parent) fill out and sign a consent form and have it notorized.  This form must be completed prior to the tattoo appointment.  The parent or legal guardian must also be present at all times while a minor is getting tattooed.  Proof of ID for both the parent and minor is required at the time of tattoo.

Do you pierce minors?

Yes.  The same rules, and forms are required for piercing minors.
Ears – Call for ages, it depends on the part of the ear (No notarized forms needed for ear piercing)
Tongue, Eyebrow  – 16 Years and older.
Nipple – 18 Years and older.
Navel, Labret, and Lip – 14 years and older.
Dermal Piercing – 18 and older

How much does a tattoo cost?

The price of a tattoo can vary by size, intricacy, placement, and the artist doing the work.  We can dicuss pricing when you come into the shop and show us your design.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes – Come into the shop and we can sell gift certificates for any amount.

Do you sell aftercare products?

Yes – we have a full line of tattoo and piercing aftercare products for you to choose from.

Do you sell Jewelry?

Yes – We have several options in our display case and we can also order custom jewlery for you from our selection of catelogs.
